Terms and conditions

1. Purpose and service operator

These terms govern the use of the raduno.org website and the Raduno app (the "Service"), a platform for discovering and organizing motoring meets and events and for following community clubs. The Service is operated by Alessandro Vettor, sole proprietorship, VAT number 05586730268.

2. User account

Some features require creating an account with a valid email address and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Permitted use

The Service must be used for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to post unlawful, offensive content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law, or to use the Service for purposes other than those it was designed for.

4. User-generated content

Photos and other content you upload (e.g. images of your personal garage, community posts) remain your property; you grant Raduno a non-exclusive licence to display them within the Service, limited to the purposes for which they were uploaded. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload. EXIF metadata (including any GPS coordinates) is stripped from photos before publication, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Ticket purchases

Raduno acts as a technology intermediary between event organizers and attendees: tickets are sold by the event organizer, while Raduno provides the platform and payment management. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, availability and refund conditions are set by each event's organizer, unless otherwise stated on the event page.

6. Clubs and partners

Clubs that join the partner program accept additional terms relating to event management, invoicing (via fattura-elettronica-api.it) and any fees on sales, communicated during the application and partnership activation process.

7. Service availability

The Service is currently in launch phase and is provided "as is". While we work to ensure continuity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

8. Suspension and termination of accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, notifying the user when reasonably possible.

You can also close your own account at any time from the app settings (Settings → "Delete account"), subject to confirmation: this is irreversible and anonymizes your profile data. Orders, tickets and invoices already issued are kept to fulfil legal tax obligations, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

The "Raduno" brand, logo and website/app materials are owned by the Service operator or its licensors and may not be reproduced without authorization.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence, where applicable, or the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
